#1 Face Lift with Fruit
(1 tsp honey, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 Banana)
Mash the banana, mix with the yogurt and honey to make a paste. Let it sit on the face for 15 minutes and then wash off with warm water. The lactic acid in the yogurt naturally exfoliates the skin in a gentle manner, with the honey locking in moisture and plumping the skin. Meanwhile the potassium in the banana helps the lymphatic system drain the toxins from your body.
#2 Comfort Food Makes for a Good Comfort Mask
(1 tsp olive oil, ½ cup cooked oatmeal, 1 egg white and 1 tsp honey)
To balance oily skin, raid your presses for winter friendly food such as these! In 15 minutes, the oatmeal absorbs oil, adds vitamin B, exfoliates and acts as a natural anti inflammatory. The egg white tightens pores and soaks up oil, leaving the honey and olive oil to soothe and hydrate the treated skin.
#3 Guacamole Gorging
(½ avocado, 2 tbsp sour cream)
If your skin doesn’t suffer from oiliness so much as dryness, making a plain guacamole mask will nourish it and giving it a natural glow. In 10 minutes the antioxidants in the avocado promote elasticity and collagen production. The sour cream has lactic acid to exfoliate the skin, leaving it soft and plump.
#4 Citric Burst for Skin Health
( ¾ strawberries, 1 tsp lemon juice, one tsp lime juice, ¼ cup yogurt)
The strawberries in this mask are packed with antioxidants, folate to regenerate skin cells, AHAs that prevent ageing by destroying free radicals, and salicylic acid to cure pimples. The lemon and lime will lighten scars from previous spots, while the yogurt will exfoliate skin with its lactic acid, therefore letting the others penetrate more within ten to twenty minutes depending on skin damage.
#5 Caffeine Face Fuel
(1/2 cup ground organic coffee beans, 1/2 cup organic, unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup of unsweetened whole milk/almond milk, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of honey)

#6 Aloe Vera and Lemon Juice for Scars
(1 tsp Aloe Vera, 1tsp lemon juice)
Aloe vera is a strong antioxidant that is incredibly soothing and hydrating at the same time. We so want a plant of this for emergencies!
#7 Gimme Some Sugar
(1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp olive oil)
Mixing these together will give you a more emollient way to apply the brown sugar with less mess. #11 Greasy Roots Be Gone!
(¼ apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey)

#12 Bounce Back
(½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp honey)
Mayonnaise and olive oil will give your hair a soft, silky shine as the fatty acids will be absorbed into the hair, and as usual the honey is a means to lock in the moisture.
